I've read the article and there are more than a few problems with it. One obvious error is while RPG author Zak S is a harassing scumbag and the gamergators are also harassing scumbags, they are not in any way associated with one another. The best evidence I've found is that the people in charge of White Wolf are simultaneously anti-nazi leftists and tone-deaf idiots who enjoy controversy.
See also John's link, of course, and this (which is basically "Whatever you think of White Wolf, effing lay off Onyx Path", which was already clear to me).
I did see that, but I'm... unconvinced, to say the least, by their protestations. Not about whether or not they're alt-right, but whether or not they're marketing that way. Profiting off the controversy, when that involves death threats and stalking, is more than merely idiotic.
edit: I'm strictly speaking of the new WW, and not Onyx Path, who is completely unrelated.
