(Somewhat tongue-in-cheek here.)

In your opinion, is "liek whoa" or "like woah" more correct? Or do you prefer some other combination? Show your work.

When one intends to convey inappropriate sniggering on having read a probably-unintended sexual implication into something, why is it most common to describe oneself as being, specifically, twelve? Why not eight, ten, thirteen?

"liek whoa" I feel like mispellings made on purpose help convey the meaning.

12 because it's between being a kid and an official "teenager".

So why not also misspell "whoa" as "woah"? "liek woah"?

I dunno. Because a lot of people spell "woah" like that.

Exactly. Lots of people can't spell "whoa" correctly, so misspelling it doesn't come off as ironic, it comes off as ignorant. Whereas most folks can spell "like" correctly, so "liek" is most liekly intentional (see what I did there?), tho' possibly a typo.

In short, I prefer "liek whoa" because it makes it clearer that the misspelling is not accidental.

i like "liek woah" best

12 i'm guessing because people like to pretend they were still young and innocent at 8? and "turn twelve already" just sounds better
(although of course the level of sniggering is increasing year by year, i have wonderfully filthy friends)
