Man, it's the day without dawn out there. It was so dim at 11 AM that the porchlight was still on. Kinda worried for people in Oregon who are being evacuated now. At least the smoke is high up and not worsening the air quality as much as it could be. And I... guess? the cooler temperature could be called? a good side effect? I mean yeah it's kinda whatever the wildfire equivalent is of nuclear/volcanic winter, but Sunday we were breaking triple-digit records all over the place. It was supposed to be cooler today but still almost 90; in fact it is only about 65 degrees outside at the moment.
