When I go through the dozens of lost disks we get in the lab every few weeks, I never actually read the contents of the files on the disk. I just display details in the Explorer window so I can see the datestamp on the most recently modified file (if it's older than a certain date, we chuck or reformat it).
But sometimes the column widths give me interesting partial glimpses of filenames. For example, "Chocobo Hot..."
For a moment I was really tempted, in a train-wreck kind of way.
