I really need to get a boosters, and also a polio vaccine... I just don't want to deal with being flattened for a day or 2 by the COVID shot. And also, the last 2 times I've tried to make a vaxx appointment at CVS, they canceled it for no reason a couple of hours before the appointment itself, so now I've kind of been trained to figure "what's the point?"
I heard some places were cancelling appointments that had asked for Moderna because of supply problems. Fortunately Santa Clara County appears to be well supplied for some reason. I haven't felt anything worse than a moderately sore arm, just enough to be a little annoying. Pretty comparable to the last shot last December. (The first two in March and April 2021 were more unpleasant - the first night was chills/feverish/sweaty and my arm was sore enough it impeded movement. Those were Pfizer.) Poor Cel though, he had a miserable night and still says he feels pretty ick, just no longer like he might rather die 😛
