Last night I went to Death Guild, which was generally a goodness.
Seeing Tony and Daimon was cool. I only had one drink, but it kicked my ass (a rarity), so I was drunker than I had set out to be, which was not so neat. It was happy for a while but I spent some time later in the evening crying for no specific reason that I can recall (probably at least partly because I was drunker than I had set out to be). I have no idea what possessed me to buy the second drink, but as I didn't have more than a couple of sips of it before giving up, I was merely out the money. Tony put up with me sitting there with my eyes leaking so it was all ok in the end. And those pancakes at Denny's were uncommonly good. Maybe it was just that it was 4:00 in the morning or something by that point, but damn.
My eyes were all dry when I got home and I couldn't get my contact lenses out, so I decided to read for a bit before trying again and going to sleep. I got into bed, turned on the light, picked up my book, and promptly fell over asleep. With my head on the book cover. I never even got to open it. I woke up again about 5 hours later, still in the same position. I have a pretty nasty crick in my neck from that one. :( I finally got my contact lenses out at that point, and threw them away, the second time in four days that I've fallen asleep with them in and had to toss them - I better stop doing that, or my "year's supply" of contacts won't be. Then I drank a bunch of water, popped a couple milk thistle caps (good for the liver) and went back to sleep for another hour.
Me tired.
Oh, and Tony, you drove off with my remaining cloves! Oh well. I didn't really want them anyway, heh.
