Clearly you did not actually read the text of the letter. This is only an acknowledgement that they received my application. Note that they state I should receive an evaluation of that application sometime in the next 52 weeks (i.e., a year from now). I could get lucky and that evaluation could say "you're in", or it could give me a date for an interview which would add on more time, or it could say "sorry, better luck next time" (which would totally sux0r).
ya, I know this doesn't mean you're here yet, but at least it's finally acknowledged, and means your money isn't totally gone to waste, and that they know you exist. You might be here in a year! Imagine that!! However, this also means that..
