Another recurring dream theme: being forgotten about or left behind, sometimes in general (by various people or by people who I don't know in waking life), but most often specifically by enotsola. Last night I was dreaming about being on some kind of group excursion in London, England (a place I've never been, although it looked the same in this dream as it did the last time I dreamed about being there a few months ago) and we got separated and he forgot about me, wasn't trying to find me, etc. and as a result I nearly got left behind when everyone had to get back to the airport to leave.

This theme is rarely, but not never, coupled with the "getting mildly sensual with some random boy" recurring theme that I noted in an earlier post. In this case it actually happened before the whole being-lost-in-London thing, so they're not directly related, but I was still in London (being driven around in a car - I'm amused that I actually dreamt the whole driving-on-the-left and corresponding switch of driver and passenger sides correctly), so they were connected somehow. In any case it was actually some person significantly older than I am, say 10 years or so, and bearded, and not, all in all, someone I would consider to be attractive to me. Yet I was snuggled up to him and recall kissing him on the cheek.

I think it boils down to "I've been forgotten about by everyone else so I have to take what I can get", although not quite as ... pathologically severe... as it's possible for that to get.
