The universtity where I lecture has a degree in surfing and surf management (South West UK) The course is run in Cornwall (our surfer paradise).
Totnes, where we live, is often refered to as the British California. Full of hippies, surfers, snow boarders etc etc. Only dirrenece is that the tea shops serve a mean cream tea.
