Uh, sure! I'm always confused when people ask permission to add me to their friends list (or link to my website, etc). Your friends list is your business. If someone wants to assure they're not added to anyone's list (or linked by anyone), they shouldn't have a public journal (website). Having one that's public is tacit permission to get added (linked), in my opinion. *shrugs*
