I miss Canada. I haven't been there since last August. Last Yule-tide was enotsola's turn to be here, and then he was here in October too for a weekend, so it's been quite a while since I got a stamp in my passport. Kinvention North is coming up pretty soon, but it's still 2.5 weeks away.

I have an application for permanent residency in (Acknowledgement of Receipt received last July), but like any other country, immigration involves a lot of waiting. I wouldn't expect my Initial Assessment until at least April and more likely June-ish.
