Is this legit? I ask because I can't find any mention of this legislation anywhere else. There's lots of talk about it, yeah, but I can find no record that any such legislation has actually been passed yet.

as i understand it, the intelligence reform act is as yet unpassed and is not expected to pass prior to the holiday break.
