Ah, that's always a fun one to pull! Give it lots of buildup and then watch the person's face as they go through three distinct stages. 1) waiting for the rest, 2) politely pretending to get it, and 3) suddenly getting it and realizing how bad it truly is... :) Great fun to be had by all!

ooh, and the best time for this joke is in the middle of a bunch of "a (such-and-such) walked into a bar..."; takes people a while to realize you switched the verb on them.
