Does anyone know why the timestamps on my entries (and those of others) are properly respective local time, but the timestamps on comments are apparently GMT? Has this always been and I'm just unobservant? or is something screwy around here?

Who woulda thunk that RTFMing would have answered my question. ^_^

That's silly, though. So much for S2 being universally superior to S1. (IMO)

Ah, so you believe that U.S. Pacific Time is universally superior to GMT?

No, I believe that having the poster's local time reflected (as is the case with journal entries themselves) is universally superior.

This I definitely agree with.

And since the S1 comments display is on Pacific time, which is your local time, it didn't catch your eye before switching to S2.

I sort of like the fact, however, that in a comment chain I can see the time sequence of responses without arithmetiking the time zone differences of different commenters.
