Unless whatever storm is moving in reeeeally fast, that radar picture (which is only a few minutes ago) and the prediction for tonight's and tomorrow's weather don't seem to jive...
from what i'm gathering, it is moving in really fast -- there's a high wind advisory in effect for tonight and tomorrow starting in the North Bay around 6 and moving south, 20 to 35 mph sustained with 50 mph gusts, and even stronger in the hills and along the coast check the isobars around the low that's causing this on the current surface map (http://www.weather.com/maps/news/forecastsummary/index_large.html) -- this thing's blowing in like a Nor'easter, fast and hard...
