I wish there was something that could be built into a building to utterly nullify cell phone signals inside it. Then I wouldn't have to tell ten people every day that we don't allow cell phones in the library and they have to turn them off, and no they can't make outgoing calls either.

Once, on the bus, a woman was having a conversation, and a man sitting across the aisle, one row behind her, kept telling her again and again that speaking on the cell phone wasn't permitted. She eventually gave up trying to have her conversation.
