Well, no transfer for me. This doesn't surprise me, though. I'd made my peace with it over the weekend anyway, so I'm no longer have a big emotional reaction about it, just an "oh well" kind of disappointment.
My next best chance is to fill in for Carole (cataloging) or Annette (division assistant - yikes - plus I don't have enough business clothing for this one, ha ha), who both want to go on sabbatical if the union gets their act together about negotiating sabbaticals with the District. Cross your fingers on that one that they'll decide to allow it.
