What a fuckling 'tard. Those type of asshats are the reason I record all my calls to any business. (- Thankfully, only ONE party in New York needs to know a conversation is being recorded for it to be legal. And when a recording states that the conversation may be recorded for "training purposes" it nullifies any protest they can have about YOU recording the conversation when you live in a state that both parties must know of recordings -)
