Does anyone have any ideas why, though I have the "use the same name and display picture everywhere I sign in" boxes all checked in MSN (Windows Live Messenger), this information will correctly synchronize between my home and work desktop computers but the installation on the laptop will neither download the latest change I made elsewhere, nor upload any changes I make on it? It stays "out of the loop" and I can't figure out why.

Obviously, I don't know the answer to this. But I figure maybe someone who does will read this comment as well, and maybe know why despite having the "automatically log in when connected to the internet" box checked on my desktop, it does no such thing. Reinstall and deleting/remaking the account didn't help, so I really have no clue. And the laptop stays out of the loop for me too, so at least it's consistent.
