Can anyone translate the text on this page for me?
I assume that the text right above English "Second edition" says the same in Chinese. The most important thing I want to know is whether Martin H. Manser is being named as the author or editor of this book (and precisely which) or whether his name is appearing for some other responsibility. Knowing what the rest of it says will be helpful too because I think it may be publication info (location/press name), but I'm not sure.
