At least the snowpack has doubled in the last week, and is now above normal for the time of year. I am worried, though, that this sort of thing will make people think the drought is all over, when in fact all it means is that we can pull back a little from immediate crisis mode.
Some bits of vineyard in Napa are underwater. Harvest is usually back in September or October, so there's that at least, but I dunno how grapevines take to being nearly submerged :-/
