Stygian Syzygy: Apparently the world has gone full Mad Max
tea dalek: no kidding?
Stygian Syzygy: Except, of course, for Emmet, who is still himself.
tea dalek: i don't understand
tea dalek: keep in mind i've never seen any of the mad max movies so i only understand this as a general post-apocalyptic thing
Stygian Syzygy: Yeah. But just, Lego world has gone full post-apocalyptic with a mad max flavour, except for the lead, who is still his dang bubbly self. Also, they go to space with Intergalactic playing. Because why not
tea dalek: .... i didn't realize you were still talking about Lego. I thought you meant the real world and was like "trufax, who's emmet though?"

He reads political stuff on Facebook and Twitter that I don't and often pastes links, so (especially with the pause that meant it could easily be a new topic) it just seemed perfectly reasonable to me that he would say that as a lead-in for something he was going to show me. FFS.
