Look at that. Coke packaged in the slender 250 mL can that energy drinks tend to come in, and just a bare design of a stylized Coke bottle, no big white swirly logo. Isn't it neat? I thought it was. So I bought one, even knowing I was getting only 8.4 ounces for my 99 cents instead of the usual 12 ounces. I imagine that is exactly what Coca-Cola's marketing people were hoping would happen: that because I thought it looked cool, I would buy less of the product for the same amount of money... And I fell for it.

Naw. Glass does seem to make it taste different, but aluminum's aluminum.

250ml is actually the standard can size for soda in Japan, as ubiquitious as the 12oz can is here. (Could be in other places, but Japan is the only exotic locale i've visited, so I can't comment on others.)
