I had to think twice about what you meant because I've always spelled them "Ben Wa" ( I have no clue what the real spelling is and don't honestly care to look.)
But I though those balls came in a pair and were very smooth, so no, I didn't immediately think of that when I saw the pic. Still, the biggest circle looks a bit like an ass so I can see why you would come to that conclusion. ;)
